Special Attention Property Preservation

When it comes to Property preservation, debris removal, health hazards and items which may cause infestation risks are provided top priority. All debris is disposed of at a licensed waste facility. Items requiring special disposal (tires, oil, chemicals, paint, appliances) are handled separately and properly disposed of in strict accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. Your special project requirements will be handled by a qualified & trained member of our team. We do not subcontract this important aspect of your project.

Documentation:

We understand that documentation of actual work performed is critical. We will always provide before, during, and after digital photography of all work performed. We utilize state-of-the-art tracking and management software to organize and record all work previously done so you can rest assured knowing that the details of your project are being recorded and constantly managed in a timely and efficient manner, and that backup documentation is always readily available at your request.

Our 3 step process includes

1. We dispatch our qualified crew to the property to complete the requested job and to assess and make recommendations by submitting a bid for additional work for improvements and preservation of the property.
2. We dispatch one of our qualified inspectors with a checklist to physically review the property to confirm that the job was done correctly.
3. We Send results according to predefined specifications to the client with the utmost confidence that they are getting quality work.
